Returnable Items
Please fill out a return/exchange form using the link at the bottom to request a return or exchange. Our staff will review your request, and if eligible will provide you with a return authorization slip. All returning APEX products must be accompanied by a return authorization slip to be eligible for refund or exchange. Items are thoroughly inspected by us for problems once received. Refunds are only issued upon receipt, and if the item(s) is determined to qualify as a return. We will gladly accept the return of products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. We are NOT responsible for incorrect vehicle fitment. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm fitment before purchase.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Defective or incorrect parts will be exchanged upon receipt of the returned part at our expense. Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt to detect any possible issues. Packages damaged in transit must be noted immediately.
Non Returnable Items
Used items cannot be returned, only warranty replaced. Wheels cannot be returned for any reason if wheels show any signs of use. Examples of use are: once a tire is mounted to the rim, or the wheel is bolted to a hub. Spacers, lugs, studs, and any other hardware that show any signs of use cannot be returned. There are no returns on Group Buy orders, custom or specially built products.
Unwanted Items
Unwanted items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping on Returns and Exchanges
There is no refund for any shipping charges on returned items. Actual cost of shipping will be removed from refunds on items with free shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping on both returns and exchanges.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in unused, original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
