Forged Touring Line
The Apex Forged Touring Line represents the perfect blend of aesthetic styling and Real Performance. This line gives our engineers the creative freedom to pursue a wide array of wheel designs inspired by motorsports and other forms of automotive beauty, and while many manufacturers within this arena allow form to supersede function, we’re unwilling to neglect performance metrics like strength and stiffness. Just like our flagship motorsport designs, Touring Line wheels are designed from the ground up by our in-house engineers and undergo the same extensive FEA analysis and third party testing.
Made from the highest grade 10K ton forged 6061-T6 aluminum, our new generation of forged wheels utilize true motorsport blanks, which is a vital component in our ability to deliver vehicle-specific optimizations like maximum concavity, optimal spoke design, and critical brake clearance.
The Forged Touring Line emerges in 2024 with the return of a legend, the ARC-8RT. Based on the original Flow Formed version of this wheel that captivated the hearts of BMW enthusiasts over 15 years ago, the ARC-8RT represents a technological evolution through forged manufacturing by incorporating deeper yet thinner spokes, and application specific spoke profiles which result in greater concavity. The end result is a stronger and stiffer wheel that accelerates performance and embodies the same timeless look.
The ML-10RT joined the Touring Line in late 2024. It was originally designed by one of our Senior Engineers exclusively for his widebody E46 M3 race car, but once the community laid eyes on the early prototypes in a social post, the demand was overwhelming. The ML-10RT embodies the styling of early touring cars that many enthusiasts still celebrate today, while ditching the 40 year old technology. Thanks to our state of the art forging capabilities, these monoblock wheels are lighter, stronger and stiffer than the classic designs it honors.
Continuing the theme of Real Performance, all Touring Line wheels utilize the same reinforced inner lip from our Sprint Line family. Our engineers implemented a unique channel profile that makes this inner lip design even stronger than our previous versions. Using a 32% increase in material where it matters most, these wheels are able to stand to abuse on and off the race track. They are also backed by Apex’s lifetime structural warranty and famous 50% Replacement Program.

10K Tons of Pressure
To make our forged wheels the strongest we can, we applied as much pressure as possible using a 10,000 ton forge. This extreme pressure increases the strength of the aluminum by eliminating porosity and improving the grain structure.
True Motorsport Blanks
Many companies use 3rd-party blanks intended for non-motorsport wheels which can severely limit sizes, concavity, spoke design, and critical brake clearance. We designed our very own blank profiles from scratch to give us total control over the final product.
Independently Tested
We don't rely solely on computer simulations or unverifiable in-house testing. We believe independent testing is critical to protect consumers in this unregulated industry. Our Enduro Line wheels are independently tested by ITS at their Michigan facility following JWL standards but pushed to much higher loads and much longer durations.
Big Brake Clearance
From day one, Apex has been on a mission to build wheels that clear big brakes. We utilize 3D scans to produce vehicle-specific spoke profiles, and our wheels feature an innovative high-clearance barrel design.
Deeper Concavity
Our new forgings were redesigned to create extra deep, concave spoke profiles. Their new shape allows us to make any profile, from flat to deep and everything in between, each optimized for a specific application using 3D laser scans of factory and aftermarket brake kits.
Built for Impact Sockets
Don’t settle for wheels that require undersized tuner lugs or thin walled sockets. All Apex wheels accommodate over-sized race lugs and impact sockets to make swapping wheels lightning fast.

Laser-Engraved Specs
As car enthusiasts ourselves, we know how frustrating it is to locate and decipher wheel specs that have been hastily marked on a wheel or become unreadable over time. Our Touring Line wheels have laser-engraved specs on the barrel, in plain sight, making them easy to find and read.
Additional features
Hub Centric
All Forged Touring Line wheels are purpose built for select vehicle applications. Very few applications require centering rings.
Center Caps
All Apex Forged Touring Line wheels come with our gloss black cap included that is interchangeable with the OE cap. We also offer additional colors for select fitments.
Wheel Hardware
Wherever possible, Apex wheels are designed to be used with OEM mounting hardware as well as high-quality wheel spacers, stud conversion kits, wheel locks, and more. See our Accessories pages.
TPMS
All Apex wheels accept OEM and aftermarket Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors and standard fit valve stems. If you don’t have sensors, then select from our metal stems available in multiple finishes.
