New 18″ ARC-8 wheels in Satin Bronze have arrived and are now available in select fitments. With these wheels now available, we wanted to showcase one of the first cars to run this finish. Kenny is one of our first customer’s to get these new wheels mounted and they looked so stunning we had to get more information from Kenny about his build.

Get a good look at these wheels in the gallery below.

APEX: Tell us some details about yourself & your car.

Kenny: My name is Kenny and I drive a Jet Black on Fox Red interior 2011 BMW E92 M3. I currently reside in Moreno Valley California. My hobbies are working on my cars and relaxing with family and friends. Hopefully I can add tracking my cars to that hobby list soon!

APEX: What is your current wheel setup?

Kenny: My current wheel setup includes APEX ARC-8 18×10” +25 wheels wrapped in 275/35/18 Federal RS-RR all around with 15mm spacers in the rear and 6mm spacers up front. I also have the Turner Motorsports stud conversion installed and the car is lowered on Fortune Auto 500 coilovers with upgraded Swift springs.

APEX: Why did you choose APEX Wheels over the rest?

Kenny: My friend Anderson introduced me to the brand when I first got into the BMW scene with my 135i. I fell in love with the simplicity of the wheel yet how aggressive they made the car look. Once I picked up my M3, I met my buddy TJ who works for Trinity Autosport and noticed that his car was sitting on APEX wheels and majority of their track cars in their shop were as well so that speaks for itself. With the quality and pricing of these wheels, how can you say no? I was able to get an amazing deal through the group buy and saw that APEX offered a new Satin Bronze color option which is my favorite wheel color combo for a black car so it was a no brainer for me to go with this option.

APEX: What modifications have you done to your car and what mods do you plan for the future?

Kenny: So far, the car is pretty stock and mostly cosmetic. Carbon fiber Trinity front lip, carbon fiber rear spoiler, paint matched bumper reflectors, Lux angel eyes, Megan axle back exhaust paired with Macht Schnell test pipes.

My future plans for this car is to either go FBO with tune or supercharged if the bank allows. BBK all around and some nice Recaro seats to hold me in at the track.

APEX: Do you track your car or participate in any car show events?

Kenny: I do plan on tracking the car sooner or later. I’m not a big car show person, but I will be attending Bimmer Fest this year to spectate. The parking lot is usually a car show in itself!

Update: Kenny has recently tracked his E92 M3 at the Streets of Willow Springs at the Willow Springs International Raceway. Here are some action shots:

APEX: Where can we follow you?

Kenny: You can follow me at @mr2kenny

APEX: Do you have any clubs, shops or racing buddies you want to give a shout out to?

Kenny: I’d like to give a shout out to Richard Grove @grovefabworks and @blown_n_bagged, TJ at Trinity Auto sport and Anderson Chinchilla @chincheezy
