APEX: Tell us some details about yourself & your car.
Henry: My name is Henry from North Jersey, but currently located in the Northern Virginia region. This is my 2009 BMW 135i that I’ve converted to a 1M. I’m currently sponsored from Peaches and Sons, a thriving startup brand for automotive lifestyle apparel.
APEX: What is your track day wheel setup?
Henry: Currently the car is equipped with APEX’s 19” PS-7 wheels ET22 all around, and paired with Yokohama ADVAN Neova AD08 Rs. The tire sizes are 265/35/19 on the front, and 295/30/19 in the rear. I also have a set of Forgestar CF-5’s, but that’s currently collecting dust. Shows how much I love the APEX set!

APEX: Why did you choose APEX Wheels over the rest?
Henry: Aside from great styling, the wheels are lightweight, high quality, and very reasonable pricing. I can see why the majority of BMW enthusiasts go with APEX wheels, and talk highly about it!
APEX: How did you get into track racing & for how long?
Henry: I’m still considered pretty new to the track scene. I recently finished the car, but I still have some more work to do. Once that completes, I’m looking to join a chapter, and get as much track time as possible.
APEX: What is your favorite memory or entertaining story from the track?
Henry: Definitely when I was at a BMW driving event up at Lime Rock, we were given the opportunity to track the new 7 series. The massage feature in the car provided excellent balance with my adrenaline rush. The car was also fantastic to drive!
APEX: How many events do you participate in each year, care to share any track results?
Henry: I haven’t had much opportunity to go on a consistent basis, so I can’t really give a number. After my move out to Southern California, I’m hoping I can make some frequent trips out to Willow Springs!
APEX: If you could give one tip to a new racer, what would your tip be?
Henry: Simply learning and driving more! It’s almost as if you’re training your body and mind to keep calm, and knowing when to react. I still have a long way to learn and to gain more experience!
APEX: Where can we follow you?
Henry: You can find me on Instagram, @iamhnry For the car build, visit 1Addicts.com
APEX: Do you have any clubs, shops or racing buddies you want to give a shout out to?
Henry: The car would not be where it is today if it wasn’t for the community and people that I received help from. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Chen (IG: @yxaw.chen), Marco (IG: @msvizzero), Tom (IG: @sk8fe1addict), Hans (IG: @day_laborer), the 1Addicts community for the guidance and support of the build.
